MyMompreneur seeks to empower, promote, support, educate, mentor, and coach mom and women by sharing their success and challenges of being an entrepreneur while supporting a home and/or family.
Company Goals and Objectives:
Establish, maintain and expand a healthy, successful company that is a leader in member based service that has a strong and loyal following.
- To educate current and future entrepreneurs by providing the knowledge and tools they need to build and maintain a successful business
- To provide a mentorship and coaching that will encourage business owners to realize their own success
- To support and grow business through referrals and patronage of other member businesses
- To promote members to the outside community and bring business and recognition to the exceptional products and services that they represent
MyMompreneur Code of Ethics
A company’s reputation is one of its most valuable assets and Mymompreneur places high priority on building the very finest reputation possible. We believe our success depends on the support, education, mentorship, coaching, and patronage for and between our members. We believe that our reputation and the reputation within the community affects the success of our respective businesses.
Our image cannot be built and maintained by the corporate office alone. Every business, speaker, coach, and member must assist in maintaining the integrity of this organization. Therefore, Mymompreneur requires that all of its participants follow the following Code of Ethics:
- I will make the Golden Rule my basic principal for doing business at all times
- I will support and encourage each member in their selection of a business even if they do not join my company
- I will uphold the spirit as well as the Policies and Procedures as outlined in the Mymompreneur membership agreement. Not only will I do what’s legally right, but also that which is ethically correct.
- I will conduct myself and individual business with dignity and truthfulness in order that I may protect the image of Mymompreneur.
- I will conduct my relationship with other business owners, speakers, coaches, and members in a fair and harmonious manner.
- I will place a great value on my own good name and on the good name of Mymompreneur. I will think of each company with loyalty while speaking of it with praise.
- I will use discretion in discussing other businesses, products, or services that may or may not be in direct competition with mine and I will not unduly disparage competitors, speaker, coaches, or members.
- I will lead by example – not words – for what I do is what I become.
- I will believe in the company’s principals. I will carry an air of optimism, dispel ill temper with cheerfulness, kill doubt with strong conviction, and reduce friction with an agreeable personality.
The code f ethics reflects Mymompreneur’s expectation that all businesses, speakers, coaches, and members will conduct their businesses with the highest level of integrity. We seek to help each other realize their fullest potential by supporting, praising, and lifting each other up. While specific rules are detailed in our Policies and Procedures and may be subject to change from time to time, it is vital that each member abide by the letter and spirit of Mymompreneur Code of Ethics.
